I’m working on a really gratifying project at work and I’d love to share it with you. I’ve been working with local nonprofits and charity organizations! Many local charities and benefactors hold annual fundraising auctions for their causes and I’ve been lucky enough to help organize the donation of several hours of Ann Arbor area residential painting for a really wonderful handful of local charities. We’ve donated both interior and exterior painting this year and I’m thrilled to be working for a local company with such heart and strong ties to the community. We save a portion of proceeds from each project to support organizations such as the Ozone House, the Ann Arbor Hands On Museum, Ann Arbor Center for Independent Living, the Hope Medical Clinic, and Tribbio Studio for Artistic Success, a nonprofit our owner founded to empower artists by providing them with professional skills training and career mentoring. I’ve researched each of these organizations myself and it really warms my heart to see how many, and how varied, the charity and civic organizations in Ann Arbor are.
